Child Sponsorship
Child Sponorship is one way of helping people from other nations. Ankoor Home is in Yavatmal, India and cares for approximately 80 children. It is a home, a school and a training centre. Kirin Gaikwad founded the home in 2003. He and his wife are helping tribal children to get an education. Often the tribal people can not afford to send their children to school. The Children board at the school during the school term and then return to the village during the holidays. Baramati Boys home is in the city of Baramati, in India. This home has been established for many years. The Boys are housed to attend education. Churches of Christ in Western India has a number of schools that the children attend. Shrigonda Girls home is in the city of Shrigonda, which is relatively near Baramati. The Girls are educated and cared for by our brothers and sisters of Churches of Christ in Western India.

KCV cares for another 105 Children who are either living with their grandparents or the eldest child is caring for his / her siblings on their own. South Korea
Dr Chae runs a Orphanage for Children in South Korea known as Geon Homes. He, his wife and his team care for 78 children aged between 0 and 21 years of age. They provide long term accommodation and education in a family type setting. The stigma of being raised in an orphanage makes it difficult for the children to seek good employment opportunities. Please continue to pray for them |
